There are no hidden charges — if a placement doesn't work out within the replacement guarantee period, we re-recruit at no additional cost.
For most mid-level roles, we present 3–5 pre-screened, interview-ready profiles within 3–5 business days. For niche or senior roles, this may take 7–14 days. We prioritize quality over quantity — you receive only candidates who genuinely fit your brief, not a dump of 50 resumes.
