Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.
- Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals and referencing.
- Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.
- Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.
- Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.
- Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly.
- To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company.
- Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
- Preparing reports, handling complete end to end recruitment process, Database Management
